By creating an account or playing Goated FC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

You must be 13 or older, and you need a working email address to keep your account. One account and one handle per person, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe. You may not sell, transfer or share your account.

Your handle and profile picture are public. They must be yours to use and must not impersonate anyone else, including any fighter, promotion or other player, and they must not be offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or unlawful. We may remove content or an account that breaks these rules.

Do not cheat, tamper with scores or leaderboards, use bots or scripts to play, harass other players, or post spam. Every card you draft is graded by the app from the fights you actually picked, every build from the attributes you actually spun, and the daily gauntlet is one run per player per day.

Goated FC is a free game of skill and simulation. There is no wagering, no entry fee and no prize of value, and nothing of value changes hands between players. Each battle is decided by the app's own scoring of the cards or builds both players made for it, and a result is not adjusted after the fact.

Leaderboards rank players by the cards and builds they have saved. Records may be removed if they were produced by cheating, and ranks may shift as other players play.

Goated FC is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the UFC, any other promotion, any fighter, or any celebrity. Fighter, event and venue names are used to identify the fights being drafted, for entertainment only, and no event footage, broadcast material, logos or photographs are used.

The game, its design, and its ratings, fight data and simulations belong to the app's operator. You may not copy or resell them.

You can stop using the app at any time, and you can delete your account and every card, build, battle, friend, group room and notification on it from your account page. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

The app is provided as-is. Features, fight data and ratings may change, and the app may be unavailable at times while it is updated or maintained.

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
