Privacy Policy

Goated FC is a free MMA fight-card drafting and simulation game. This policy explains what we store about you, what other players can see, and how to have it removed.

• The email address you sign up with, used to sign you in and to send your verification and password-reset codes.
• Your handle (username), which you choose and can change on your account page.
• Your profile picture, if you upload one or pick one of the ready-made avatars.
• Your game data: the fight cards you draft and their scores and grades, the perfect-fighter builds you save, the battles you send and answer, your friend requests, your group rooms, and the notifications those produce.

We do not ask for your real name, your address, your phone number or any payment details. We do not collect your location, your contacts, or your device's photos beyond the picture you deliberately upload, and we do not sell your data or share it for advertising. The platform the app runs on keeps the traffic and error records needed to run and improve the service.

Your data runs the game: scoring the cards you draft, grading the builds you save, matching you in battles, ranking the leaderboards, and delivering the notifications that tell you a challenge or a friend request is waiting.

Your handle, your profile picture and your game records are public in the game: the leaderboard shows each player's best card, the daily gauntlet board shows that day's runs to anyone, and a battle is shared between the two players in it. Your profile picture is stored at a public web address, so anyone with that link can view it. Your email address is never shown to another player.

The app runs on Base44, which provides our hosting, database and sign-in service, and emails are delivered through our email provider so your verification and reset codes reach you. They process data on our behalf.

Your data stays for as long as your account exists. Your account page has a Delete my account button: it immediately removes your cards, saved builds, battles, friend requests, group rooms and notifications, and signs you out. The sign-in record itself is then taken out of the app's user list — ask support and it is done. Your picture's file stays at the public address it was uploaded to.

You can change your handle and picture on your account page at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data, such as asking for a copy or asking us to correct or erase it.

Goated FC is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
